I ordered a root beer and a apple piece and waited at the window for 10 minutes while she was standing there taking an order and... others were just walking around. Also not only are they terrible in the drive through they don?t know how to follow directionswhen they?ve got order eats orders because multiple times I ordered a teen burger and asked for all toppings except mustard andthey gave me a plain bun with nothing in it. Worst customer service ever but I guess it?s the type of people that feel they needto take over everything to prove a point and then have attitudes towards customers like they know what they?re doing. Worst service ever there is a girl Amandeep Kaur, she doesn?t know how to speak with a customer. She took a-lot of time just for... a single cup of coffee. She wasted my time when I asked her, she started argue with me in a louder voice, her behaviour wastotally unexpected and coffee was like a water and she forget to add the sugar in it. Read more
Came here for dinner with my kids (dined in). The server didn?t bother asking if it was for here or to go. I ordered root beer... and she had already placed the root beer in a to go cup. I asked if I can have it in a mug and she didn?t give me a new one fromthe fountain. She poured it from the to go cup into the mug and now my drink is flat. The table we sat at is disgustingly stickylike it?s never been wiped all day. I wiped it myself as best as I could. The station to wash hands needs replenishing. There?sno paper towels in one and no soap. I was standing at the counter waiting for our food which took 20 mins. We were there onlyones there so I don?t what took so long. Probably serving the drive thru first before mine and they came after. As the food camethe server saw me stand at the end of the counter but put the tray down near the cash register and nodded to me that it?s here.I walked over to get my tray. Burgers and Fries were cold. Meat was over cooked and dry. They were missing fries from one of thekids meal. It?s as if the burgers have been out all day. I order Beyond Meat combo with all the veggies. And what i got was so incredible. They just provided me with bun and patty and... forgot to include veggies.. This is the worst burger i have had.. What a waste of money.. Read more
This location was super clean. Nicely designed and had a wash area that was so convenient all fast-food restaurants should be... designed this way. Gives easy access to wash your hands get napkins and condiments, clean up waist bins and return cups andtrays. Read more
Really liking the new A&W. The teen burger has become my favorite. Fresh lettuce, tomatoes, onions, ketchup and mustard. Oh and... real bacon that's not over cooked then topped off with better cheddar cheese! The $14 2xTeen Burger combo coupons is a realwinner! Make it happen more please. Read more

For some reason, all the employees were in the back, leaving the front counter unmanned. I wish there was a bell I could ring.... But once we got someone's attention... Our orders were handled perfectly. Ample seating available on a Saturday around 1pm. Honestly, it's been a while since I've visited an A&W restaurant but the food/drink brought back some fond childhoodmemories. The frost-chilled mug of root beer. The double-teen burger loaded with toppings. There's an area with sinks,condiments/napkins/straws, and a counter to return trays/mugs. I like the set-up; it's very convenient. (But trays that weren'temptied were being left to pile up.) Read more
