Flame Broiler is pretty consistent throughout SoCal. This ones not particularly pretty or clean or lively, but it does the job.
I like the idea of coming in and getting some hot good tasting fast food that you feel good about eating. This place is one of... my favorite fast stops for lunch. The people who work here are always friendly and helpful. I have never had a bad experience atthis restaurant. I come here on a regular basis and always enjoy the food. Highly recommend Read more
Had an issue with the lady at the cash register i always get veggies on the side in a separate bowl nd she was giving me a hard... time every other flame broiler i go to doesnt have a problem but this one does . food is good but the customer service is bad.Also i noticed she gave me very little meat and rice when i usually get a good amount. Usually good.. this time the cooks left too much fat, bone and gristle in my meat.. also no dressing on the salad
Great food and quick service! The facilities themselves are a bit run down, but not too terribly. There's some outdoor seating... as well. The bowls are filling and simple and the sauce here is delicious. A great place to grab a bite to eat. Wouldn'trecommend using their chopsticks though - they are the cheap wooden kind that splinter very easily. So I'd just play it safe anduse a plastic fork, so as not to risk a splinter in your mouth! This location is probably my favorite. I come here often , unlike other flame broiler locations this locations meat(chicken)... isn't dry. Idk if it's the cook or what but they're doing something right. Read more
One of the bathrooms is marked as out of service, the other bathroom has no hand soap. I told the lady at the counter they... didn't have soap and she said they are getting a delivery in 15 minutes and I could use hand sanitizer. 25 minutes later and nosoap delivery. I left and I realized half way through eating my food that I don't know how the employees are washing their handswithout soap. I'm not sure if hand sanitizer is a viable substitute. I'm going to call corporate. Read more
