i love this place. i come here and eat/study all of the time, and it?s wonderful. and i typically don?t write reviews, but this... just struck a chord with me today. today i was particularly annoyed at how one of the managers, i think he was a manager, wastreating his employee in front of customers. i didn?t catch the name of the manager, but one of the workers messed up withsomething, i think it was the use of bad language by accident, and the manager continuously brought up the subject, loudly,multiple times. he told the worker he would write him up again if he messed up again, loudly in front of all of us customers.there is no problem with telling your employees what they should and shouldn?t do, just NOT IN FRONT OF THE CUSTOMERS !! histone was so passive aggressive, and he was continuously rather loud in general while i was there for over the course of fourhours. there are two sides to every story, but i couldn?t help but feel sorry for that employee, as well as distracted by thismanger?s loud demeanor. the employee apologized profusely as well, it?s not like they didn?t care at all for messing up. itwasn?t just my reaction either to this, there were other people reacting around me as well, laughing at when he yelled people?snames out for their orders, when there was like, 10 people at most in the building, that?s rather small in size. he also kepttelling the employee he ?wouldn?t let this go?. again, managers are entitled to inform their employees when they are wrong, butthere?s etiquette that goes with it, in front of customers in general and especially. very disappointed. Have bought sourdough bread several times and it had large air pockets. Made several complaints and the excuse was the pandemic... or the oven is not working properly. Never once they accepted that their making process was broken. Go learn how to need thedough. I see lot of Panera locations have closed permanently I wonder why? Stopped by for a quick bite to eat. We hadn?t been to Panera in a while and saw a few different items on the menu. Aniah was the... young man who helped us. His customer service was phenomenal and he went above and beyond with recommendations. He told us aboutthe Frontega Chicken Sandwich, which was off menu, and it was absolutely delicious! Panera Bread?s atmosphere is alwaysinviting, but Aniah made our experience feel more like ?home?. The food quality is so-so. The seasonal corn chowder had some "spice" in terms of seasoning, but the portion for a bowl seems to... have really declined. The regular Mac n cheese was good as always (a perfect staple for little ones). The chicken sandwich wasok. The drink selection was good. The service was fine, although they no longer clean tables regularly, and there is only onetrash and dish tray in the back of the cafe. There was a lot of 2-person seating for regular tables in addition to the 4-personbooths. High chairs are available and were equipped with straps. Read more

Went to grab dinner and the place was filthy, ran out of bread and was overall disgusting. Looked as if they hadn?t vacuumed in... days, juice all over the counter, tables piled high with dishes and while it wasn?t busy they said it had been super busy allday?no time to clean, bake bread, or breathe. Someone needs to manage that restaurant. I feel bad for the staff. Read more
