When I was getting ready to pay I was locked into the store and then after I paid the lady unlocked the door it was very awkward... at best.... Sad, been ordering cakes here for years and today the owner of the mission viejo location was so rude, I will never come back... here. She yelled and hung up on me when I expressed my concern for the hour+ wait in line, going 4 to 5 stores over outside, forcustomers who paid in full days ahead. I've paid $32+ for a cake that's also advertised online for $25. No delivery wasavailable 4 days in advance. They gave me a time slot in advance to pick up my cake along with everyone else. I think this waspoorly managed, proper accurate time slots should have been communicated. She advised they had over 500 orders today and that'sjust the way it is and if I didn't like it she'll cancel the order. I really wanted to bring my mom a cake on mothers day,however, I expressed not wanting to subject my daughter's and my health by waiting in line with crowds during a pandemic. Shespoke over me, wouldn't let me finish a sentence and hung up on me. Hopefully I'll receive a full refund as soon as possible.I'm very disappointed. Read more
I am a dessert guy. I stopped at Nothing Bundt Cakes and bought some Bundtlets. The girl working, Cailin was so nice and... friendly. She had a big smile and was what good customer service is all about. The Bundtlet cupcake sized ones are my favorite.They have buy one get one free about every other month or so. I got on their email list so I would know when they have thispromotion. I stopped there about 2 weeks ago and got the 2 for 1 deal.
