They serve half of what they advertise. That was supposed to be the chunky strawberry bowl, $9 ish ... Much rather go to Nekter... Juice Bar,when I asked the server, you'll fill that right? 8/18/19 5:13p: I ordered a juice (oj/carrot twist). The attendant immediately said "we can't do juices, we're about to close". I... asked what time do you close? "6:00p", she replies. I clarified "that's over 45 mins from now?!" I ask if this is normalprocedure. She replies "yes, when we're really busy". I look around, I'm the only one in line, a couple are waiting for drinksto be made. She sees my frustrations, "Do you want to talk to the manager?" I rarely make myself lunch to bring to work and I don?t like going out for a full lunch every day because that gets expensive,... so I often time find myself at this Jamba Juice because it?s light, healthy, and far more affordable than going to a sit downrestaurant and getting a full meal. I usually mix my orders up to keep it fresh, but most of my orders have bananas somewherein the mix as it?s my favorite fruit and is a great addition to any smoothie! Read more
I haven't had a great smoothie experience here yet. I've been to this location a few times over the years. The most recent time... I came here the smoothy was super thin. It tasted okay but it was like they forgot to add ice. The employee was friendly though. Read more
Horrible customer service. Went in today and was ignored for 5 mins while THREE female employees held a conversation by the... register. I interrupted to ask if I was in the right place to order. They said yes, and continued their conversation withouttaking our order. I stood there for another minute, then asked my daughter if she really wanted the smoothie. She said no so weturned around and left. No acknowledgement or apology from the employees that were doing everything but their job. I don?t eventhink they noticed. Will never go back. And from the reviews, it?s clear the store lacks good leadership and that they aredisinterested in improving the customer service. GO TO ANOTHER LOCATION. Read more
