They serve half of what they advertise. That was supposed to be the chunky strawberry bowl, $9 ish ... Much rather go to Nekter... Juice Bar,when I asked the server, you'll fill that right? His response was, that's how much we've been told to serve. Obviouslynot following the amount that the recipe calls for. Read more
Well customer service, fast , clean
8/18/19 5:13p: I ordered a juice (oj/carrot twist). The attendant immediately said "we can't do juices, we're about to close". I... asked what time do you close? "6:00p", she replies. I clarified "that's over 45 mins from now?!" I ask if this is normalprocedure. She replies "yes, when we're really busy". I look around, I'm the only one in line, a couple are waiting for drinksto be made. She sees my frustrations, "Do you want to talk to the manager?" Horrible customer service. Went in today and was ignored for 5 mins while THREE female employees held a conversation by the... register. I interrupted to ask if I was in the right place to order. They said yes, and continued their conversation withouttaking our order. I stood there for another minute, then asked my daughter if she really wanted the smoothie. She said no so weturned around and left. No acknowledgement or apology from the employees that were doing everything but their job. I don?t eventhink they noticed. Will never go back.
