It?s 6:30, they open at 6:00 and the employee just showed up and won?t open the doors? I would say this isn?t a well run example... of the otherwise great fast food resturant. Read more

EDIT 2: Went to go use my voucher today. Drove around back to to find an employee (a line cook possibly) smoking next to the... wide open service door that leads to the kitchen. Didn't place an order and drove off. EDIT: Was finally contacted by Corporateto see what happened, a refund was mailed to me in the form of a voucher. ORIGINAL: Absolute trash. Manager was super combativeeven after she had admitted she was wrong and still refused to refund me for the items that were missing from the order.Submitted multiple inquiries to try and get the money back from these missing items and (not to be funny) have not heard Jack...Would love someone to contact me to get this sorted out, but I am running out of options. Great curly fries, quick service. For drive-through, would recommend that cashier swipe the credit card and return it to you... prior to giving you your food, instead of holding on to it. Too many people driving away without credit cards. Every other fastfood restaurant always returns the credit card before you get your food, so please just standardize the practice. Read more
Well i thought to try something new but turned out horrible!!!. I ordered strawberry shake, their new curly cheese steak fries,... 3 eggrolls with sweet and sour. When i get back to lunch room. The strawberry shake was great but the fries all soggy one sideand the rest all nothing dried up and extremely salty. I open the eggrools but nothing to dip in. I end up to use Carl Juniorbuffalo sause. Just a bunch od dried up food. What a disappointment. Read more
Fast, friendly service. Nice selection of food items. This location like the vast majority of JITB's has a drive thru. Recommend... the Jumbo Jack hamburger, Breakfast Jack sandwich w/Bacon, Chicken Fajita Pita and the Chicken Teriyaki Bowl. Currently, LAmetro Jack in the Box restaurants, have a LA Rams promotion. If the Rams score 2 touchdowns, a customer is eligible to receive aFree Jumbo Jack hamburger with a large drink purchase. Very reasonable prices overall and it is enhanced with a value menu. Went to go through the drive through at 10:30 when they are suppose to close at 11:00. The employee there was closing early and... turned away multiple people. The employees at this branch don?t seem to open and close on their own time according to otherreviews as well. Read more
