An absolutely horrible experience in Five Guys on October 24th, 2022. Food was good, but the employees were rude and... confrontational. It was not just our table, there was a family of 4 and an older gentleman who was sitting by himself, everyonewas very unhappy. We all asked to talk to the manager. We were all told the manager was not there, but in just a few minute, werealized that the manager is on site. He came to unlock the front door which was locked for some unknown reason against ourprotest. He was on the phone as he was walking to unlock the door. The older gentleman asked the manager to talk to him but henonchalantly dismissed the gentleman with a hand gesture. It was only after seeing the manager. That we all realized why therest of the employees were so unorganized and dismissive! Absolutely horrible! Read more

If you're going to keep increasing your prices at least maintain your portion sizes. Burgers seem smaller and I get less fries... now. Expect to wait even if you've placed an online order. Read more

Food is good but it doesn't even justify the price... Like it's stupid how expensive it is. $6.40 for a regular fry $11-12 for a... hamburger...I'm sorry but your food is definitely not 2.5-3x better than in n out... There was only 1 other person in there. Youmight have to reevaluate your pricing before you go under. Read more

Food is great, but their new menu prices suck. $11-12 for a burger, $4.39 for a small fry, $3.49 for a coke. $20.00 meal for... fast food. Honestly don't know how they stay in business. I won't be back. Read more

Not a location I would revisit or suggest to anyone. I have a gluten allergen and five guys is always my first "go-to" option... anywhere I go in the states. This location I visited a few times (4 times within 2 months) hoping it was just that fry guy.Burger is awesome but they don't do that bag full of fries here. I'd rather go to the orange location ???? Read more

Food is great, and how I remember it when I last had five guys 10 years ago on the east coast. but a great way for me to never... come back to this location, is to charge me $9 for a side of fries, $7 for a milkshake, and $4 for a soda and not offer any?combo?s? or ?meals? to make it so every item is ?à la carte?. It cost me almost $60 for 3 burgers, 1 milk shake, 1 soda, and1 fries. Put it into perspective where the same thing, I can get at in n out burger for $20. You hear that, I can get in n outburger for the whole family 3 times for the same price as one trip to 5 guys. I don?t mind paying a lil more for somethingdifferent or higher quality but this is not a low or even mid-tier sit down restaurant. Good luck to ya Read more

You know it's really hard to be in the burger business when in and out is around your neighborhood, since everyone, including... me, is going to compare your vs the big I. And for me, it's not as good, the unlimited 15 toppings is great and one child gocrazy with this but the patty, yes sir, the meat patty is not as good and isn't it the reason why I have a burger for lunch inthe first place. Not a beef/Patti expert, not even close, bit don't know how I&O does it but their burger just taste better andperhaps even better price too. Sorry guys, still an I&O fan! Read more
