You guys have to try the Mac n cheese! It’s amazingly done! Honestly, one of the best I’ve had. The Shrimp Scampi has a... lemony type flavor to it that you can’t resist. It’s sooooooo good. We don’t have a pic of the spaghetti and meatballbecause my step daughter was already devouring it. The sauce was incredible! And the Chocolate Lava Cake, yum!!! Experience and location wise, this place rocks. Obviously the lake view is hard to beat in Mission Viejo. Covered patio keeps... the temp nice and not too sunny. Service was phenomenal. Natalia was very friendly and checked on us regularly. Lots of optionsfor drinks, focaccia, appetizers, entrees, and dessert. Pizza had ground pepperoni so it was a little overly salty. Eggplantparmesan looked good. I had lasagna, which is great if you're a big meat person, but it was like having a block of meatloafinside it. Personally, I prefer a cheesy lasagna so the lack of ricotta was a little disappointing, but hey I'm sure some peoplelike it that way. Spumoni ice cream cake was fun looking, a little sweeter than I'd like, but spumoni usually is and paired withespresso though it was quite yummy!! Read more
We had a small wait when we arrived. The only thing I can say is that, we can wait for food this good. The first night (yes my... wife and I went back the following night) we both ordered a small pizza ground pepperoni and another with capicola and a coupleother toppings. They were amazing! The service was great as well. Our server Ulysses (hope I got the spelling right) wasabsolutely top notch. The following night we both tried different pastas. My wife went with Chicken fettuccine Alfredo, while Itried basil cream chicken. We were both equally impressed. All I can say is you need to try this place. Read more
The soup was cold, not once but twice the third time they finally got it right. The lasagna wasn't lasagna it was more like... rolled lasagna with a sauce, cheese, meat etc. Lasagna is normally layered. I could not finish it. We also waited awhilein-between orders. The wine came but the bread was late. We where freezing outside because the overhead heaters were notoverhead but everybody else had been seated directly underneath the overhead heaters while we froze to death. You think theywould have given us a portable one next to our table. My wife was pointing hey there's a heater behind you. Oh but that one wastaken. As you can see there's plenty of overhead heaters. She's wearing a coat and scarf just to stay warm. I may as well beeneating on Lake Tahoe during the winter when it's frozen. I think Long Beach is still my favorite location. Read more

This new Italian restaurant opened up about 2 months ago. I made reservations and requested a lake view. We arrived on time and... we were seated right away to a table with a beautiful lake view. We ordered the chicken piccata and chicken, cranberry walnutsalad. The chicken piccata was light tasting but very flavorful, the chicken was tender and the pasta was cooked perfectly. Thesalad was so delish, the dressing and combination of the ingredients was perfection! The portion sizes are very generous. Amazing service and food. The ambience of sitting in the patio with the view of the lake was so romantic. I had the short ribs... and it melted in my mouth. It was perfectly paired with risotto and slightly balanced broccolini. The kale and spinach saladwith shrimp is healthy and another one of my favorite. I definitely will come back again. Read more
