The ice cream is really good and my 7-year old son loved it a lot. He said that it was the best place to get ice cream.

I love cold stones and I order from them frequently especially the Mission Viejo location because it is closest to me. But the... portions keep getting smaller and smaller with every order. Today I could actually see the bottom of the bowl in the size largeI ordered and looked like a size medium. I also ordered 2 mediums were more like a very small small. I don?t mind paying apremium for premium ice cream but the past six months all I have felt was ripped off every time I placed an order. Read more

Horrible business and service. Please do not order cakes from here. We placed an order online a week prior to pick up and when... we arrived to pick up the cake the girl had our receipt on the counter in front of her and said they didn?t have it in stock. Itwas for my son?s birthday. They didn?t bother calling or emailing beforehand to tell us they didn?t have the cake. And they girldidn?t really seem to care that we purchased a birthday cake and there was not one for us to pick up for a child?s birthday. Shedidn?t even know how to return our order. Great service and delicious ice cream at this Cold Stone. Our local Cold Stone went away unfortunately so every once in a while... we get up here, and we always enjoy it.
