If only I could give 0 stars. Very very disappointed tonight. My mom ordered dinner through their website for pickup. Brought it... home and over half of the items selected for each of our bowls were missing. Neither of our bowls even had the protein! Weattempted to call the store twice and were hung up. I?m a huge fan of cava, but not this location. This was first time at the mission viejo location. It was filthy and trash... everywhere, floors not sweep, counters and tables not wiped down, drinks were not filled up. I didn?t even take a picture of theserving area, it was bad. My goodness! This location is FILTHY. From the bathrooms, the trash cans, the tables. The line was extremely long only one person working the... line. Definitely concerned about their food sanitation. We ended up getting food poising the next morning. We usually love Cavathis was a huge disappointment and awful representation of the business. Read more
I hardly if ever post reviews but CAVA keeps getting worse. I used to love this place but they need new management. I ordered... takeout for a lunchtime pickup. Arrived and pickup time and didn?t see my order. They were busy so I waited a few minutes andthen checked on my order. The cashier told me they were out of falafel. Ok, guess it was a good thing I asked? I asked if theyhad other vegetarian options and they said roast vegetables. That was already a bummer but to add insult to injury: The orderwas wrong - missing toppings and added olives which I didn?t order The vegetables were charred to a black crisp except for thecarrots which were somehow undercooked?? There was barely any rice and the overall portions were very small. And the sauces werebarely half full! It was such a waste of time and money and a very disappointing lunch. The portions, quality, and service havesignificantly decreased since around the time they stopped giving full side pitas. Combined with todays disappointment, I thinkI?m done with CAVA. Read more

I'm rating this location.. CAVA is one of our fav places. However, This location needs help. Lunch time was great, good crew the... very first time we went. Dinner and evening were awful the last three times we went. Our online order was a bowl with half theingredients we ordered including the Hummus and lentils. They locked the door 15 min early and would not let us in to have thebowl fixed. We were able to get a new bowl after talking to the manager the following day. They ran out of food and instead ofjust not making the bowl and letting us know.. they just did a half salad without the sides ordered. The staff acts like theyare being inconvenienced serving the food in person. . The Hummus area was so messy, smeared with the different items, counternot wiped at all. Tables dirty. No one cleans up. They just plopped the food in the bowls.. Manager was doing his best with employees that don't really want to work seems like. Don't recommend this location. Read more
