After a mess with Uber Eats (no fault at all of CPK) the store manager made it all right. I can’t remember the gentleman’s... name on 11/19/22 that was the manager but he was so nice, hospitable and understanding of the situation. Our food was allcorrect too and very tasty. We will be back just simply because their staff deserves it for being so great. After very highfrustration with Uber Eats/Postmates working with their staff and manager at the store (I think his name was Mike) it made ournight better. Thank you. Read more

This is mu first time at CPK, and I did not enjoy the food there, 4 on 4 for there ambience, service and energy, but the pizza... is not that delightful. We ordered roasted garlic pizza on cauliflower crust , tomato basil and passion mango cooler. Theserver for the evening was Joey and he was good with his work. Made sure he check on us. Coming back to food I was expecting itto be 10 on 10 as I had gone through many reviews. I felt like the pizza was bland with no taste or flavor. I agree that Iwanted to try a new pizza topping but I expect it to flavourful, the tomato basil soup bowl was large with just a cup of soup.The soup was good with proper seasonings but not the quantity. We selected shrimp scampi for our try and bake pizza and I stilldid not find it to be flavorful and taste. I better go to pizzeria or even to dominos . Not to my expectations though ???? Read more

The service was okay. They could have topped off our water more and bring bread on time. I ordered a vegetarian pizza. It was... soft and flimsy. I have been dealing with food poisoning from about 10pm last night. Four of us dined in the restaurant last night. They had one... laminated one page menu. The print was so tiny I could barely read it under the dim light above our table. I used the QR code topull up the menu on my phone. My husband realized he had lost his phone at that moment. He and his brother took my phone to mapthe location of my husbands phone. That left my mother-in-law and I with her flip phone while they left to find his phone. Iasked our waiter if they had a bigger menu or something with a large screen. My mother-in-law could not read the menu even withher reading glasses. I was trying to read it to her but she really wanted something she could read herself. He very nicelystated they did not. But did not offer any suggestions for us. We ordered the artichoke and cheese dip with chips as anappetizer. We were ordering our dinners as my husband and his brother arrived back at the table. The manager came over toapologize about the small menu that is just a transitional menu until they get their new ones. I was the only person at ourtable that ate the smashed avocado focaccia and a Mango strawberry cooler to drink. I am the only one suffering from foodpoisoning. Read more

*Update* I filled out the questionnaire posted by the owner response below and a customer rep reached out, which I appreciate... and shows they're actively trying to improve. I do like their food, so hopefully the next experience goes better. Frequentlygets our to go order wrong. Whether it's missing an add on or missing toppings that go on the pizza, it feels like every time weorder to go something's missing and, if we don't catch it on the way out, we have to drive back so all the food is cold by thetime we get back to it.
