We get all of our birthday cakes here, they are the absolute best! and the staff & owner are incredible

Used to enjoy this place until today. I had a free birthday scoop and showed the employee before I purchased. The girl scooped... the ice cream and the lady owner handed it to me. When I gave the phone to scan the offer she yelled at me asking if I showedthe employee my offer before getting my ice cream. I told her yes and the employee confirmed. She then start yelling at theemployee that it was her fault that she messed up and made a mistake and now I am getting a bigger scoop. I felt so sorry forthe employee and how she was being treated. I ordered a Father's Day cake online on Baskin Robbin's website and for whatever reason did not receive a receipt, though my... credit card was charged. I was worried that the store did not receive my order, so I emailed customer service. To my surprise,the store manager called me personally the next morning to tell me that they had my order, and she made sure to email me myreceipt to ease my mind. Sure enough, I picked the cake up at the assigned time and it looks and tastes great! After the Foothill Ranch location refused to honor their 24 hour turn around a custom cake, this location stepped up and was... amazing. I ordered the cake online. I had added for flavor substitution because not all ice cream flavors are offered on thewebsite. Yum! The non-dairy option Daiquiri Ice was really good, but I couldn't pinpoint exactly what it tastes like for a reference. My... kids had the very berry strawberry and mint chocolate chip, which are both outstanding flavors and filling. The staff greeted uswith a cheery demeanor, and when I asked for a clean ice cream scooper (because my son has a tree nut allergy) there was nokicked and he was happy to make sure my son was safe.
