Today visited the Store in woodman & van nuys, and the old lady there is always very rude, everytime she is there or at any... other location I have bump into her she never nice , always disrespectful, never accepts coupons, and has the worse excuses ,always makes the sandwiches messey and I've never seen her wash her hands before making my sandwich which is disgusting. Ialways ask another employee help me cause that old lady is the worse. I asked for the manager information, she said the owneris the one making the rules , so I asked for the owner number she then said she doesn't know anything she's just an employee. Please do something with her , her customer service sucks ,she doesn't know how to make sandwiches & never washer her handsdisgusting never coming or going to ant subway were this lady's at I will definitely be telling my whole family & friends , thewhole arleta & Pacoima community how unsanitary & disgusting this subway is when that lady is there. Don't buy your sub sandwiches here guys. Had a bad experience at this location and did a review but, they stashed my review... somewhere so, people who are unaware of it will never know. So, i am here again writing another review because, i'll make surethat they will never get away from it. The old woman there has a big attitude. Will roll her eyes and will say OMG when shecouldn't understand you. Well, she should blame the mask on my mouth right? She did not know or was not trained to say, "Sorry,i did not understand. Please repeat and speak up. Thank you." Yes, nothing like that. This woman is already middle aged but,couldn't get herself how to behave right, especially dealing with customers in a Subway franchise. Unbelievable isn'tit? Shameful why they still kept her there because, i checked (didn't buy) if she's still there after my review, and verydisappointed to still see her there working, although hoping that she was warned and re-trained. Get your sandwich somewhereelse, if she will "roll her eyes and say OMG" again. The big attitude she has but not suited for her because, i understand whenteenagers do that kind of thing, and not expected of her age is outright cringey! I am not satisfied with my order. I ordered sandwiches from this subway and when i got my sandwiches none of them were toasted... and no cheese little things inside them. I asked for them both to be toasted and i asked for cheese and none of them had it andthe customer service is horrible. Read more

I went in to try one of the new sandwich offerings. So, I ordered "the Philly". The sandwich was meh. The usual steak bits... covered in cheese, toasted. The problem was the bread became over-toasted, almost burnt, and nasty. The ends were inedible.There's no need for this. The competition at least uses a flat iron station to cook the meat, peppers and onions and thenintroducing them to the bread. Might wanna rethink, Subway. Read more
