Wingstop on Pecan has been extremely greasy, so after shopping at Target my wife and I decided to poke our head in here for... dinner... I came for the first time with my family. The inside of this establishment is beautiful, but what sold me on this place was the... wonderful customer service from the staff. They greeted us as we entered with a warm smile. The food was delicious. We had theCajun-dry rub, lemon pepper and awesome sauce. Cool concept, boneless wings are good, fries are ok. Price is pretty steep for a wing place, you should include at least a ranch... with prices of 17.99 order of 10 traditional wings. Not to mention the wings were kinda cold and hard to chew when we got ourorder. Franchise owner needs to change dine in chairs. They are so uncomfortable and you can't sit all the way back. Traditional wings are huge, fries are really good. Their snobby q sauce is super good, lemon pepper seasoning is the best one I... ever had. Tried this place for the first time and even though I was hesitant at first, it was a wonderful experience! The fries are the... best part; so fresh, fluffy, and crispy! the wings were very crispy as well and the sauces are yummy. Marisol stole the showthough, was such a delightful cashier!! She took her time with us, answered all our questions, asked what we liked and providedsuggestions, and made friendly but efficient small talk! I would?ve rated 4 stars for the food, but Marisol?s service made it a5 star experience. I am not going to lie, I was honestly unimpressed with the meal that I had here. I got the Buffalo and Lemon Pepper wings, with... Cajun fries, ranch, a drink, and cheesecake. The wings were nicely seasoned and sauced but not fresh or hot, just warm. Thefries were crispy and had flavor due to the Cajun seasoning but they too were also just warm and not fresh. Ranch was quitegood, but it is just ranch after all. The things that I can personally say that were good, was the service (shout out to Isa andClaudia, they always checked up on our group while dining in), the look of the place, and the cheesecake which was pretty good.One last thing to add, the price. If you are coming here, make sure you have enough. I have paid almost 26 bucks for my wholemeal, compared to other wing restaurants (14 dollars in some). Hell, there is no weekly deals here to grab your attention tocome back and the family pack prices are abysmal (almost $90 for a 50 wing pack). This place just in food is beyond amazing first time for me has made this my favorite wing place and their ranch just beyond... satisfying. Their customer service match how incredible their food is. I went out of my way got the name of cashier ?Fiorella?because for the simple fact that she is a perfect example of great customer service, great communication, very informative, veryfriendly!
