I Love Taco Palenque!!! I never go to the Mission restaurant but I had to today. It was 2am and the drive thru was busy. Jose... Perez who was the gentleman who took my order was very friendly and attentive. I had to wait on the side for my order and hebrought it to me. I then checked my bag and was missing the cilantro I requested, I drove close to the window and waited as hewas attending other customers. When he was done with his customer he came back out with chips and I let him know that it was thecilantro I did not get. He rushed back in and got me the cilantro then went back to attending the drive thru. In the 20 yearsI?ve lived here I can honestly say this gentleman made a great impression not only was he friendly and attentive but alsofantastic at multi tasking!!! Taco Palenque on Mission is the best place for Mexico style food !! I really like the tortillas no matter if corn or wheat any... of both styles and even love more the rice and beans, there just excellent !! And last but not least, no matter if you choosebeef or chicken fajita, is the same good flavor and taste every single day !!! aaaanndd please do not forget about order aslice of chocolate cake for a delicious dessert ???????? ???? !! The food was sooo good, tasted awesome, no mistakes. All employees wearing masks and gloves, very friendly and attentive. The... restaurant was not packed, everyone seated apart appropriately, felt very safe and comfortable eating there (inside). And if youcan't finish your food there (it is very filling and too good to leave there or throw away) simply ask for a - to go plate totake it home with you! Will definitely be dining there again and strongly recommend to anyone and everyone looking for greatmexican food and a safe, comfortable environment in regards to dining in a restaurant. Read more
