Came to pick up a hot and ready. I thought they would be ready. They used an excuse to not make a fresh one yet try to sell me... an extra most bestest. I asked for the hot and ready again and they stated they didn?t have it but it?s clearly on the menu. I ordered some wings and wanted them plain because my son doesn?t like spicy. I asked if I can have the sauce on the side and... they said no, it couldn?t be done. How am I able to order wings with sauce but not order wings plain with sauce on the side????Logic please? I even said I?ll pay for the sauce and it still couldn?t be done? Read more

I stopped by to buy my little ones a hot n ready because they love it. Wasn't planning on ordering anything else but once I was... ordering I saw the picture of the thin crust so I decided to order it too....plus a 2 liter Pepsi plus an order of buffalo wingsand an order of bbq wings. My daughter only likes bbq. I pay for my order and was instructed to wait up front since the thincrust pizza was going to take about 10 minutes. I didn't even realize how much I paid since I was distracted but once I parkedl realized it wasn't much so checked my receipt. They hadn't charged the hot n ready. I got of (defeats purpose of using drivethru) but I purchased the hot n ready n went back to my car to wait for rest of order. Then later comes an employee with onlythin pizza n bbq wings. No Pepsi n no buffalo wings. Turns out a new clerk was the one who took my order n he added buffalosauce to bbq wings!!!! I'm so disappointed. First time they mess up so much. They shouldn't allow new clerks to take orderswhile unsupervised!! Turns out thin was a little burnt but not bad. Read more
