Takes 40min to get a Hot-N-ready. 11-9-22. After 6pm. Manager never came out to the see issue.
Drive a few minutes to a different location. Or wait a few months till they teach this kids how to properly make a pizza. The... lack of cheese, look at the empty spots, worker said it's because the cheese they put is already set to a certain amount. Every time I visit this location, they don?t have any pizzas ready, usually there is a wait of 10 mins or more. Its not like i... am asking for any custom order, why even call it hot n ready? Should be call hot n 20 minutes. Last time i try. Read more

I got to this Little Cesar's about 30mins till they closed and I was waiting in the drive thru line for so long because they... didn't have any pizzas available for the 3 cars ahead of me and the 4 cars behind me. When I finally got to the drive thru menuso they could take my order they told me that it would be about 10mins till they could have my pizzas ready. It was about to be11pm when I placed my order so I waited about 15 more mins for my pizza. Overall I did not have a good customer experience thisnite. Read more
7-10-22 5:12PM at 104 East Griffin PKWY Mission TX 78572 I ordered a thin and crispy pizza and was given a 12 minute wait time... in which I agreed. I was instructed to wait in the front of the store and somebody would take it out to me. 20 minutes passedand everyone else who was waiting got their orders except me. I again drove up to the window and asked for my ordered in whichthey told me it was already coming out. I waited another 15 minutes and nothing. I honked and nothing. I ended up having to callthe store to ask for my order. The young lady shows up to the window opens the box and tells me the "pizza messed up" she opensthe box and all the pizza toppings are smeared to the pizza box lid. I asked for my money back left. I called the store andspoke to a manager he said his name was Luis. He told me there was nothing he could do and kinda giggled. I asked for a customerservice number and told me no one in the region knew it. In other words to bad so sad. Never offered a apology. I was not onlywaiting for my paid order for more than 40 minutes. But I was offered a pizza that probably fell that's the reason why it wasall smeared in the box. No freshness guaranteed whatsoever. Leaves me to wonder if throwing my pizza was done intentionally. Terrible Service! Never again! Undercooked . Ordered online waited used the pizza tracker, arrived at 6:10pm tracker showed it... had not been placed in oven yet. I asked about the order. They said it wouldn?t be ready till 6:25 (very rude lady tattoos- noname tag ). I came back at 6:22 she pulled it out if the warmer and said ?here? and walked away. I took pizza home for dinner,after biting a slice I noticed it was chewy. I took it back and told them it was undercooked, a lady by the name of Florapproached me and said that that was the way it comes out of the oven (she was unapologetic in fact she stated am going to cookanother one for you and if you like it fine ). Very rude customer service in fact no customer service at all. I asked for mymoney back and it was refunded. Need customer service training, especially Flor and the lady with the tattoos. Read more
