Honestly, all their doing is selling the ambiance of the restaurant. If I could give it 0 stars I would if you think you?re... gonna go and taste amazing food at this restaurant, save your money. Just please save your money. The food was so bad. I had thesalmon and it was bad. My boyfriend cousin also had the salmon and she didn?t even eat it. My boyfriend has the bistek tacos andthe meat tasted as if it had been left out for so long. .I was really expecting great food, because of how nice the restaurantis. Horrible. Ordered the steak and it was so disappointing. Who ruins a steak?? And for the price of $30, might as well have gone... elsewhere. Ordered it medium rare and got boiled meat. No sear or grill on it. Sent it back and got a bit of sear but basicallynothing. My sister got the fish and it had a funky smell and taste to it. It made the whole table smell like rotten fish. If yougo here, DON?T ORDER THE FISH. They didn?t even bother to apologize for serving such a horrid dish. Great location, nice ambiance, Good food, terrible service. Question, how can you have 7 waiters in service for 10 tables and... take so long to take care of your customers ? You will need to ask the manager of this place. Not coming back. Even getting thecheck took 20 mins ! Read more
The ambience is lovely , and we were greeted promptly. I had the stuffed flounder and my mother in law order the pollo relleno... . My flounder was flavorless with an extremely fishy smell , the shrimp was not noteworthy . I am a huge seafood fan , andproperly handled and prepared fish should never have an extremely fishy smell and then taste like nothing . The food was overpriced , my MILs pollo was flavorless as well . I do not recommend eating here , save your money . Read more
Had red snapper on Saturday, ended up getting food poisoning. Advised the manager "Jose" who assured me they would be checking... the rest of the fish. I normally have cabrito and never have had any issue with their food. Read more
This place is really beautiful inside, i normally don't talk about the staff so early in my reviews but I must say they are... extremely attentive, polite and friendly, they are an example of what every waiter/waitress should strive to be. The breakfasthere is delicious, the huevos en salsa de chicharrón are delicious, for $10.50 you get 2 eggs, chilaquiles (or potatoes a lamexicana), refried beans, chicharrón prensado and a gordita. The eggs were cooked perfectly over medium, the salsa for theeggs is incredible, the chicharrón they use on the eggs is not the cheap pork rinds many restaurants use, this is real porkmeat called chicharrón prensado, the potatoes are delicious specially the way they cook them, the refried beans are prettytasty and the gordita is cooked in lard which makes it taste amazing. The corn tortillas are pretty good, the flour tortillasare just okay. Overall an amazing breakfast experience is what you will get of you come here. Read more
