I could smell perfume in my mouth while eating. The ketchup packets also smelled like perfume when I was opening it for the... fries. I took it, because i got the feed 4 for 20.99, somebody stepped in to help and didn't use gloves or wash their hands andtouched the chicken. Also, people use perfume to disguise they haven't showered. I ended up losing my appetite and gave it to mycats. Read more
Update: talked with regional manager. We talked about the problem. Tried out this past Sunday and again yesterday. Big... improvement. They made it right. Chicken had no flavor...tried complaining and was told that I could get my order free nextvisit. Why do I want another order of flavorless chicken? Tried complaining to customer service number...no response...a monthlater called again, notes says I was refunded money...BS...requested a response from regional manager...2 weeks later still noresponse. Ordered the Texas Grande meal and a side of okra when I got to the window I asked Jaqueline E if she had put the okra in the bag... she confirmed she did and when I got home guess what. Compared to the Mission Church's Chicken near the Pizza Hut and KFC- This one is bad! Back than it used to be great service, but... overtime it went downhill! We have gone a couple times hours before closing and they will tell us this "We ran out of chicken,so we're closed." Or they will forget certain items in your menu and then give attitude about it. I would recommend going toanother Church's Chicken at this point or any other restaurant that has better service. Read more
Sorry, called an hour before closing and phone kept getting hanged up. Churches chicken is good eats but the employees they get... don't care of the quality. Was just enjoying my biscuits I bought today and a hair is cooked in it. Read more
