Came in to the drive thru asked for a #2 meal and paid to make my meal large. I got a large drink but they gave me small fries.... Asked for a dipping sauce and was told that they charge for that. They don't check before handing off your food and then giveyou attitude if you tell them they got it wrong. This is in every Burger King I got to nowadays. Sad. Read more

I am beyond impressed at how the lady that took our order through the intercom was speaking to my mom. She was beyond rude, took... our order super fast, my mom would ask something and the lady would stay quite, when my mom proceeded to ask her if she wasstill there, the lady rudely responded ?i am listening ma?am? when we were finally done ordering the lady did not tell us ourtotal, we then asked her for total and she proceeded to tell us how it would show up on the screen, but didn?t bother to let usknow what our total was.
