Good food, their boss needs to pay them more. I see a lot of new faces week to week.
We stopped in to grab a bite to eat , we immediately wasn't greeted, mostly starred at like as if we was some bad people they... had known, knowing we wasn't from around that area! The male and the female you can tell had attitude when asking what wewanted. We felt very rushed , when clearly there was Noone but me and my husband. The stuff that they added to our food wasn'twhat we wanted! Our sandwiches were totally sloppy and the veggies were clearly looking like they had been there for quitesometime they all looked soggy and disgusting! I've seen some better subways and this place was not one of them I can say theleast! Mission subway get it together! ???? Need customer service training. Do not come during the morning shift unless you know how to "read minds." It's always the same... middle aged MATT working and he never greets you. He doesn't acknowledge you while he is working on an order; he will just stopand stare at you expecting you to "know" when he is ready to take your order. I know he can talk because I heard him talk to hiscoworkers. He genuinely looks like he hates his job and he wants you to know it. I gave 3 stars instead of ONE because all theother workers are nice, courteous, helpful, and actually make you feel welcomed. Read more
Clean inside, though the bathrooms could use some work. Employees were pretty agreeable and put the sandwich together well... enough. Some of the vegetables didn?t look fresh though. Especially the baby spinach looked a bit old. Not going bad, but notfresh. It?s the only Sunday around, so if you love subway this is a good place to go, but if you like other food there arebetter options. Read more
I'm working up here for the next year, and while there may not be very many food options in Mission, I was relieved to find out... that there's a Subway out here. To make it even better, the staff is very friendly, competent, and seem to have a great sense ofhumor. Happy that they're here for a healthy take-out option on the reservation. Read more
Every other time I came here it was fine. But tonight it was very unsanitary. They barely had some toppings. They put someone?s... sandwich on mine so all of our toppings were touching and used the same knifes for all of the sandwiches. I?ll be surprised if Idon?t get food poisoning tonight. And I pray someone with a allergy does not come in and they pull that same thing. Read more
