i totally get having a bad day, but the employees shouldn?t be putting that on their customers. the person at the window was so... rude this morning before i even said a word & then handed me a hot coffee, which i ordered iced - but then slammed the windowshut as if i was the one that made the mistake! it happens, i wasn?t mad. but her angry attitude literally ruins other peoplesdays. take a break, i dont know what you?re going through but work is a professional place. period. i won?t be coming to thisone again. In the few times I?ve been to this location my drinks are never made correctly. Twice I?ve ordered a chai latte that ended up... being only milk. I have to drive back to the store and present the drink all to get a sorry and a new drink that someone isn?tmuch better? Waste of time for me. I usually don?t write reviews,but every single time I go to this Starbucks they always mess up. I ordered a green tea... Frappuccino with Java chips and they forget the chips and my sister ordered a Venti and received a grande. I paid for the largersize and the extra chips. Great experience and an even better customer service!!! I came in to get a no foam soy latte for my wife after work and the... woman running the store (I think her name was Ana) handled my order with professionalism even while other customers and evensome employees weren't demonstrating proper manners and work ethic. This experience not only satisfied me as a customer but italso made my managerial side happy to see responsibility shown so effortlessly in the workplace even when shift conditions arenot particularly ideal. I love seeing that kind of attitude in the work place, especially after the rough times the economicworking standards have taken since COVID. I always love coming to this location the energy is so positive, smiles are alwaysgenuine, and drinks are always made to perfection. 10/10 Read more

Ordered ahead through app but by the time we reached, drive through line was never ending. Spent about 15 minutes in queue. I... asked for dragon drink instead I got lemonade although my cup said dragon drink. Had to wait couple more minutes to get itright. No matter the time in entire day, this location is always full of capacity and getting coffee in less than 15 minutesseems dreamy. I wish they hire more employees. Read more
