i totally get having a bad day, but the employees shouldn?t be putting that on their customers. the person at the window was so... rude this morning before i even said a word & then handed me a hot coffee, which i ordered iced - but then slammed the windowshut as if i was the one that made the mistake! it happens, i wasn?t mad. but her angry attitude literally ruins other peoplesdays. take a break, i dont know what you?re going through but work is a professional place. period. i won?t be coming to thisone again. In the few times I?ve been to this location my drinks are never made correctly. Twice I?ve ordered a chai latte that ended up... being only milk. I have to drive back to the store and present the drink all to get a sorry and a new drink that someone isn?tmuch better? Waste of time for me.
