This location goes above and beyond expectations. I had an issue with a delivery order a few days ago and I called and talked to... the GM Steve, he was super apologetic and accommodating. I stopped in tonight to place my replacement order and I unfortunatelymissed him. His team honored his promise on his behalf and I cannot be grateful enough. Thank you for making this right. My first experience as a consumer of Slim chickens is a positive one. I ordered the Buffalo chicken Mac n cheese bowl and it is... fire. I will be back to try more of the menu. As a Dasher, pickups from this location have always been quick or alreadyprepared and waiting for pickup. I ordered through the app ahead of time, so my food was ready when I got there. It was good and I love the peach ice tea.
The 5 wings and 5 tenders box was always my favorite thing on the menu here, the chicken was decently big and very good but... today I recieved this pathetic excuse of a meal. The 5 "tenders" were just little nuggets comprised of just breading with thesmallest bit of chicken and the wings were small and dry. Words can not express my dissappointment in what I once believed to bemy favorite chicken restaraunt. Read more
My kids LOVE this place. They?re chicken strip connoisseurs and they say they?re the best here. They love the fries and Mac and... cheese and they say the chicken is as tasty as pizza! I usually go to a different location but was in the neighborhood and decided to stop in for a quick bite...Boy was I wrong. ... Ordered and sat down with my numbered tent card, waited 15 min then walked back to the counter to inquire about my order. Therewere only 4 other tables occupied, all with food. Apologies for the delay were offered and after another 10 min, my dinnerarrived cold. Mind you, I counted 12 drive thru orders and 6 delivery orders picked up during my wait. If your kitchen iscrashing maybe let people know up front there will likely be a delay and at least be attentive to those who chose to actuallyleave their vehicle and dine inside your restaurant. All I need to say is that they need to pay more attention to their customer's request when asking for hot, fresh food and extra... sauce. Also, they need to clean that drive-through window. I was there 2 different times in 2 weeks, and the window was sodisgusting. I can imagine what the inside looks like will not be back. To Expensive for cold food!! And not good service. Read more
