Worst service around. Over 1 hour to get order of onion rings . Then about another 15 min to get our food. Poutine gravy was... chunky and cold. About 10 other tables with 2-3 ppl in restaurant at the time we were there.all they said is we are busy butthey could stand behind the bar and talk for 10-15 . Hostess dropped an entire tray of ICE COLD water on my back. I was shivering the entire meal and had no change of clothes. Quite... frankly this ruined my evening and weekend. Now you might think any restaurant with a minimum level of decency, respect, andvalue for their customers would compensate for this extreme discomfort. But NO, not Ricky's in Mission. We had to pay full pricefor our entire meal and received no other drinks/food/vouchers. I had to sit there and eat my meal with an ice cold, wet, headof hair and shirt. I am just disappointed that this place represents the service industry and I wasted time from my lifetravelling here from Richmond. Stopped in for a late lunch and the place was quite busy. We were seated after a short wait and were served fairly quickly for... our drink order. The waitress was personable and seemed genuinely happy to be helping out. The food served for the most partseemed to be typical family faire you would find at thousands of spots. They had some special pulled pork items on the menu andI tried the pulled pork eggs Benedict. Turns out it was really good. Would I go back just to go there? It?s a hard one to answeras I have only been in Mission a couple times. I guess the answer would be a yes but only if I was hungry and standing in theparking lot. First time visiting, we haven?t lived in mission long and didn?t want to go all out fancy for our anniversary, we decided to try... Ricky?s and was absolutely thrilled with our service as well as food! Our server Susie was a total sweetheart! The four of us came in for lunch after church. We got seated and had menus in our hands quite quickly. Within seconds we were... asked what we wanted. We asked for more time, and she left us for a minute, and then came back again. We made a hasty decision,and settled on the Lumberjack Poutines, Chicken Tenders, and Tomato Basil Soup. However, our server had taken off and left usfor fifteen minutes. Finally we got someone's attention and placed our orders. The food came all at once which I appreciated(and gave back a lost star). The servings were adequate, and the food was hot. When the server popped around to see how we weredoing my friend asked for more water. She never brought it until the next time she came around to ask how we were doing, and wesaid we wanted more water. That time she brought it. One off the best places I have eaten in Canada. The fried shrimp po'boy was amazing. Waitress was excellent with the children.

The lady took our fries when we still had one left. So much lost potential. RIP little dude. Great brunch here! Their brunch platter is monsterous and tasty. Chicken tenders were hot, most and tender, waffle was cooked to... perfection as well as the bacon and soft poached eggs. Quote the meal. The host and server were prompt and very friendly. Couldnot have asked for better service. Read more
