Gravy was watery, make me sick. Chicken was tiny. Very dry. I can't believe this is KFC

I went through drive through and I waited to place my order then once placed I had to wait at the window as their till rebooted.... I asked the girl if I was getting fresh food she said yes and proceeded to dump my fries in with the other fries then refill thebox with said fries. She then took the chicken out of the bag looked at me and then put the box back in the bag. I said no thankyou and drove away as they did not have my payment. I enjoyed a very nice dinner hot and easy to order from brownies chicken. Read more
Preferred online and was on phone with the store when it went through asked to wait an additional 30 minutes when we arrived... after we had already waited almost 15 minutes and got no food and was refused a refund. Called head office and it?s been over aweek and I still have no refund. Do not use the online order system. Store had no chicken at 8:30 pm. Read more

Do NOT recommend. I have gone here quite a few times, most have been terrible.. just picked it up tonight, fries were cold and... old, chicken tastes like it was from the day before and they didn't even get my order right. And most times haven been like thisand also long wait times for garbage food ???? Read more
KFC in general only gets about 3 stars from me but the mission KFC is weirdly one of the best KFCs I?ve been to. It?s always... fresh and the staff is super nice. Read more
