New spicy chicken sandwich later that too it was so dry wh not ordered again
The lady that helped my husband and I had horrible customer service and just acted like we were a burden or interrupting her!... She was so rude to my husband and started frowning when he walked up to get his food and then once he started to add veggiesonto his sub she kept doing like a very few at a time instead of giving him what he wanted! Then when it came for me to getmines she just threw my stuff on there like I was getting on her nerves; and then when I was finally done I asked her did shecut the sub in half she lied and said she did, but she really didn?t SMH! And on top of that she didn?t wear a hair net or aface mask and their vegetables didn?t look or taste fresh at all. So do yourself a favor and go to the closet Subway or betteryet go across the street to Hana Yori!! Terrible service and I DEFINITELY WON?T BE BACK AT ALL!! I would take a picture of the food, but I never received my order! Normally, I'm not so quick to write a review and a note to... corporate, but no one will answer the phone and there isn't a way to contact anyone online nor through the app, which adds tofrustration and no choice but to go through corporate. I was going to ask for the sandwiches to be remade but now I hope toreceive a refund ASAP. In the meantime, I do hope my neighbors or the driver enjoyed food that was paid for by me!
