Ordered three sandwiches, two of them were supposed to already come with bacon but we ordered extra bacon. Not only did we not... get the bacon that it was supposed to come with, we didn't get the extra bacon either... Paid $3 extra on our order for this.Asked for mustard and honey mustard on one of the sandwiches and the sandwich was drowned in mustard and oozing out all thesides of the sandwich making the bread soggy and inedible. Great place,good service except on Sundays. Dont know what's wrong with the owner being closed on Sundays, extremely stupid. I... guess he or she wants to miss out on a days earnings because we got a lot of people around here that ain't happy about it beingclosed on Sunday. Lots of lost profit with all the church people. I am a regular at Subway, their innovative approach towards meal time has made this chain one of my favorite all time. On this... visit I had the Steak and Cheese on their honey oat bread. What a wonderful lunch. The place was clean and they workedquickly. Thank you for another great experience. Read more
Husband went in right before 1030..they close at 11..he was told the systems were down it'll be a few minutes she has to reboot... it..goes to the back for a few mins while another person comes up and grabs some utensils ..she comes back out and says thesystem has been frozen for about an hour so he couldnt order. He was paying with cash so I dont understand how she couldnt justwrite the order down add the total and then take the cash and once the servers are up out put in the order. Ive worked fast foodbefore and this is what we have had to do when our servers were down. It seems to me they didn't want to take his order due toit being so close to closing time. Most of the staff here always seems to be goofing around or has attitudes towards eachotherand customers. Clean store good food terrible customer service. Read more
Not as good as it used to be. Wilted lettuce and spinach. Less meat than usual on the sandwiches.
