I am an avid Dunkin lover but I was very disappointed at this location. The app said walk in was available, but the doors were... locked. Additionally spent 30 minutes in line with only 2 cars and my own. When we finally got to the window I could see twoemployees leaning against the counter, on their phones- VAPING. Not on the other side of the counter, I'm talking right next tothe registers and the espresso machine. They took multiple hits, I was definitely seeing it correctly. ABSOLUTE INSANITY. Not tomention they got the order wrong, and I don't do complex orders. This location is constantly messing up orders on both onlineorders and in person. I will be avoiding this location Read more

I have currently been in line for 25 minutes without a single car moving. There is a barrier keeping customers from pulling out... of the line, and seemingly no effort to do anything with the drive through. This has been the worst experience I have had fromany coffee store, including places in downtown Chicago and Denver. Read more

Burnt snackin bacon, tea tasted moldy, powdered Bavarian donut was dry and powdered sugar tasted old and like cardboard.... Sourdough sandwich wasn't toasted and contents barely warm. Extremely slow service despite only one other vehicle in line. Doyourself a favor, GO ELSEWHERE! What a waste of $16 ???? Read more

Ordered a dozen assorted donuts and a box of Joe an hour and a half prior to needing to pick them up. I arrived on time, nothing... was ready. It?s incredibly clear that this location has very poor management. I would advise to avoid this Dunkin. Read more

Just got a dozen donuts and it was the absolute worst packing job ever. My 3 year old could have done a better job. My daughter... just turned 11 today. All she wanted was delicious donuts to start the day and when she opened the box she broke into tears.Thanks for ruining her birthday and making my morning unbearable!!! Read more

Lady changed her tone when we started ordering food. Said it would be 10 minutes. We said that's fine. Named off the donuts we... wanted. She rudely asked how many are you getting? We said 5. She's like ok pull up in a grumpy tone of voice. Read more

I walked into this establishment to order because the line was so long and I had to get to work. I was greeted by staff as I... walked in. Literally moments later a staff member starts yelling at her staff for items. Yelling to the point I could not hearwhat the cashier was asking me. I SPOKE up because you could totally feel the tension in that establishment. I said "Why is shebeing so loud?" She gave me this look as to intimidate me. Then she lowered her voice. The way she was talking to her staff istruly UNACCEPATBLE! It sounded like a mother scolding her children. It is bad enough that America is struggling to keep theseestablishments staffed. Whoever that woman is needs to attend a class in management skills. I felt so bad for every singleperson in that place. Unfortunately this isn't the first time I have experienced this woman's attitude but today was the worst Ihad seen. Someone please get her out of there. That staff deserves better leadership! This Dunkin? is new and comes with a sleek, clean interior to show for it. The staff was still working out the kinks a little... as far as efficiency goes, but overall a good experience. The seasonal donuts are delicious and I?ll be happy to come backagain. Read more
