Food is served fresh. Orders can often be wrong, as this location is VERY busy. Drive-through lines are often very long and you... may spend a half hour or more in line during peak times. Customer service is not always great, young kids doing their best in afast-paced environment, and not always the most friendly either. Read more

We haven't gone there in a while, so we went. DQ has gotten waaayy too expensive in my opinion. $39 for 2 for fast food was... shocking to me. The food was good, but it definitely will NOT be our "go to" place for a quick lunch. Read more

I?ll admit, I was a little frustrated originally because we had ordered a Blizzard cake for our daughter?s birthday, had my wife... pick it up so we could take the birthday girl to an ND event. She picked it up at the allotted time per the order and brought ithome (roughly 2 PM). We returned home at 7, ate dinner and did cake closer to 8. Leaving the store with it and approving as shedid wouldn?t have wouldn?t have been any different until the cake was cut and tasted. Now the cake looked absolutely gorgeous-very well done design wise. Unfortunately, the cake was not the blizzard cake we ordered- it was just a standard ice cream cake.I called to inform them that the cake wasn?t what we ordered, and there was some back and forth because it we were kind ofplaying telephone with a liaison between the store owner and myself, which may have caused some miscommunication. The owner ofthis store provided amazing customer service and provided a resolution that was fair- and honestly, was expressing a resolutionthat would have been clearly one sided to me and hurting them. I really appreciated her for even talking with me on the matterand empathizing the cake wasn?t what we ordered. Things happen, and they took care of the customer. Stopped in to get a couple Blizzards. Service was quick and accurate. Friendly staff. No issues. I know Dairy Queen is the only... place to get Blizzards, but they were as good as ever!! Will always go back for a tasty treat. Read more

Just went to this dairy queen to get a banana split which is almost 7$ I asked for chocolate instead of pineapple, was given... pineapple anyway, was given a FORK to eat a banana split and the whole banana split was melted and I don't get HOW when it wasJUST made. I'm talking right when they handed it to me. And they overfilled it with ice cream and it spilled everywhere. I amnever going here again and I will be calling corporate about this. I'm not one to complain about food much but this isabsolutely unacceptable! Then I ask for nut topping to at least make it a lil better and they tried to charge me 1.50$.RIDICULOUS. Absolutely terrible service every single time. They?re slow and not the least bit friendly. Last night, I had an experience that... has turned me off of this location for good. My boyfriend and I went in to order dine-in ice cream. No one greeted us. Whensomeone did wander over to the register to take our order, she was not personable whatsoever. Which, all in all, not the end ofthe world - it?s a Dairy Queen, I don?t except 5-star service. But someone at least saying ?hi? would be nice. We ordered andsat down to wait for our ice cream. My boyfriend got his sundae, and I was told my cone would be right out. We waited? andwaited. My boyfriend finished his sundae. I went to the counter to ask where my ice cream was. I was told it would be just a fewmore minutes, the soft serve was still too soft, or something like that. The girl was not the least bit apologetic, and wasalmost snickering. I sit back down to continue waiting. Another five minutes or so goes by, and a different employee comes overto say they can?t make my cone, the vanilla is still too soft. He did offer an upgrade to a large chocolate cone, but Ideclined. I said I didn?t want anything else. The offer to upgrade was appreciated, but when I declined we were not offered arefund or an apology. The upgrade offer is the only reason I?m giving 2 stars instead of 1. It?s not their fault I didn?t wantthe upgrade they could offer me. But if they were having problems with their vanilla soft serve, I should have been told thatwhen I ordered. On top of that, again, the service was awful, the employees clearly do not care about their jobs. Overall anabsolutely awful location. We will not be returning. Read more
