This place has changed. No mechanical dancing singing thing. It was someone in a costume, and they looked so unhappy to be... there. Food was poor as expected, but you go there for the kids. A few months ago I had a party here. It was the typical normal It wasn?t the first time I loved my server!! I believe her name... was Leah she was so openly honest and just herself our food was taking so long and she was so understanding and cracked somejokes to lighten the mood until we got our pizza. It was such a good day for my son he loved it! He had a blast! I can?t saymuch for other tables or party?s. Just two servers were cracking hard and doing their best even doing other jobs when they werefree! Some of the severs were harsh and rude. Mostly lazy. They complained once their table asked for something and insteadgossiped like they?re in school! Overall I?m glad I got blessed with good employees and the other sever that helped ours out!They were amazing with our son and his friends. She treated us like close friends. Place is recently upgraded due to the fire. No more robotic animations. But there's a dance floor with tv screens. Good is still... bland and they are in need of staff. Read more
We went to this Chuck E. Cheese for my daughters 7th birthday party. I got to admit it was nice to go here and not have to worry... about food or bringing things like plates, silverware, cups, etc.. All we brought was a cake and they took care of everythingelse and the price was very fair. However, we were promised online that we would get a host to help with our party and help makethings go smoothly. The host we had also had two other tables she was hosting and she was not real informative with us. I wasexpecting her to kind of go over everything with us when we got there so we had an idea of what was going to happen and when.She was so busy helping three different tables she couldn't do her job very well. Also I suggest that if it is possible to do aparty on a weekday. We did ours on a Saturday afternoon and it was packed. We got lucky and beat most of the crowd but while wewere leaving around 3:00pm I heard someone say the wait for a seat was an hour and the wait for food was 90 mintues. Read more
