Chipotle is one of our absolute favorite places to eat as a family. This specific location though is a hot mess! The music is... so overbearing you can't hear the staff, and the they can't hear you as you order. The bar where they make the food isdisgustingly dirty most of the time. The are consistently waiting for the meat or the rice to be ready, which backs the line upterrible. I travel for work and have eaten at Chipotle's across the country, this is the poorest managed one I have ever beento. Sad, because we live close and I like my Chipotle weekly. The Manager doesn't even seem to care. My wife tried to speakwith them, and basically was told, "We have a large catering order we have to get out right now, so you can wait." Pretty sureyou have some lead time on the catering orders, if you had some decent Managerial skills this wouldn't be a problem. Read more
This will be the first review I have ever left for any place of business but I feel it?s needed for this restaurant. I have... eaten chipotle in multiple states and cities and have always had good-great experiences. This specific chipotle is consistentlythe worst restaurant I?ve ever been too and I hate that it?s in my hometown. The food never tastes right, the line is out thedoor every day because they are so slow, and the staff is always rude. I hope you like 4 bites of chicken for 13 dollars becauseyou will have to beg for a real portion of meat. Dear god don?t try to ask for double meat either unless you wanted chargedextra for 5 bites of chicken instead of 4. Ew. My BF had a burrito bowl delivered to me at work. All of the lettuce on it was COVERD IN DIRT and there was rotting produce... I found half way through the meal hidden in with the meat. If you can't afford or get ahold of quality products it's time toreevaluate. I will not be eating Chipotle again for a LONG time. Read more
Food was pretty good but not as good as last remember. The cleaness of the restaurant could be alot better and assembling of... food could be done better. Also when it comes to switching out in employees to perform other task. Could be handle better likehaving someone ready to step onto the line to replace another employee when ready. This location has gone down hill and is so terrible. I ordered two burrito bowls for pickup. Thank goodness I checked my order... before I left. Both my burrito bowls were only half filled. I'm not just talking about skimpy on the food. I literally meanonly one side of each bowl had food and the other side had NOTHING. Avoid this location or at least check your food beforeleave. 100% disgusting. Got 4 burrito bowls, went home to eat, and there was big sized gnats all over our lettuce. In each of our... bowls. I called and the manager was not helpful at all, had an attitude and said ?well we wash our lettuce so that?s not oilproblem?. Wasted so much time and money. I have never seen such slow workers running out of food with an absolute messeverywhere. The thing that topped this chipotle experience was the bugs. I can?t believe how disgusting this is. EDITED REVIEW: It?s been a while since I?ve been to a Chipotle, and last night was a great experience! Now, I don?t want to... celebrate anybody?s failures, but my burrito was so full that they had to use a second tortilla and still couldn?t quite get itclosed. I noticed a man behind me in line staring at the burrito as they were closing it up, and the look on his face was amixture surprise and approval. And then they needed 4 tin foils to cover it. It was delicious. The new garlic steak is prettytasty, and they will give you a free sample cup of it if you ask. EDITED PORTION: Dropped from 5 down to 1 star. This burritoisn?t even regular sized even though I ordered extra beans and rice. The fajita veggies are pretty undercooked. Oh well, atleast I had a decent burrito last time. This location used to be very good and consistent, but not anymore. The other orders Ihad were also smaller portioned than usual. And one of them didn?t have the veggies they ordered. Read more
