I realize it is hard to get staff. The world today is chaos for front line customer service and those that do show up are... appreciated. I use the drive thru 99% of the time and never receiving a napkin or condiments , having to drive back thru for aspoon or straw and having to explain at the window that an ice capp is not an iced coffee make it time consuming and a bitfrustrating for everyone. Don't go on a Sunday. Worlds slowest staff. Maybe the company should give equal focus on counter guest as well as drive thru... guests. Or actually train then hands on instead of on a computer. Read more
Usually pretty good when I order from the counter. But mobile pickup needs polish. Usually when an order says 'Prepare Now' it's... expected you'd start it after the next in person customer, no? Not to leave the slip on the counter until the customer arrivesalmost 10 minutes later...to wait a further 10 minutes for the order to be made...bit disappointing. Especially with itemsmissing. Nice little tim hortons. Drive thru is always busy and a bit slow, however given the amt of people in the line it goes fairly... fast. The layout to the parking lot/drive thru is not ideal and it can get a bit clustered at the entrance at times, especiallyif someone decided to turn left out of the parking lot. Nothing to say about the food, it is typical timmies, nothing to writehome about. Read more
They can never get any orders, right Always gives you the opposite of what you order. I wanted something with no egg there was... an egg on it. I asked for a coffee with four sugar and they put one sugar nobody ever listens. Worst place to go I do notrecommend. Read more
