I realize it is hard to get staff. The world today is chaos for front line customer service and those that do show up are... appreciated. I use the drive thru 99% of the time and never receiving a napkin or condiments , having to drive back thru for aspoon or straw and having to explain at the window that an ice capp is not an iced coffee make it time consuming and a bitfrustrating for everyone.
