Terrible service. The guy at the counter was so spaced out. Batter on the fish was so salty, fries were undercooked. Dont sit... under a vent - they are coated in dust, thick and definitely unsanitary! Read more
My 83 year old mother went to get chicken. She lives on her own and is extremely independent. She tripped on the lip going in... the door and fell directly on her face. Her nose was bleeding profusely and the person working there didn?t help her up or evenask if she was ok. He didn?t offer her tissues for her bleeding nose so there she was with the one Kleenex she had trying tocompose herself. She woke up with 2 bruised eyes, a possible broken nose with bleeding inside (according to the doctor), abruised elbow and a skinned knee. He?s referring her to a specialist. This isn?t bad customer service. This is disgracefulnegligence. I hope their chicken is better then their customer service. Read more

My favourite fries in Miramichi. Can't beat them. The chicken is very good. They changed the coleslaw so that sucks. Please take... out the green pepper. Service is OK and efficient. The restaurant and dining room need updating. Pretty dated. I've been toother Dixie Lees that were new or renovated. I suppose you don't come here for atmosphere. You come for the juicy chicken andfries. Read more
The food is always cooked well and delicious, lots of fries are included in the dinners I can't eat everything with out being... completely stuffed. The seating isn't great for larger people but the food makes up for it. Fries all gone lol Read more
i use to put 5?to this place,not anymore,i paid 95$ for a meal that i pick up at 7:50 pm to feed my family of 5 ,when i got... home,to find out my large fries was missing,and didnt give me a large marcaroni,large gravy,and large coleslaw that i ask when iorder on the phone,so i was busy on the phone with my doctor at 8:10 pm when my husband said wheres the fries,me stuck on thephone with the doctor trying to get someone to call at dixee where it close at 8:00 ,my friend called for me mention thefries,but to find out all the sizes was small,so i call the next day to tell her about it,shes like thats what you order,im likeno,its not what i order,why would i order a Barrel of chicken with small gravy,ect..with a family of 5 and i said to her,you andthe other girl is always giving me a hard time every time you guys are working,im not going to mention names this names,you havequite of a crew working there..Ive been asking them to give my phone number to the manager to conctact me back,and they give merudeness and running arounds and hangs up on me,well this time,im going there directly ,cause they also lie about whathappens..lots of people are complaining about this place..
