Unbelievable! Over an hour wait in the drive thru. Bad customer service and poorly made food.

If you read any of my other reviews of Dairy Queen visits, you'll see I LOVE them. While the customer service was very good, the... food was not. The fries were old and cold, the burger patties were over charred and cold ( 1/2 pound Flame thrower) and my Skorblizzard was lacking in actual pieces of Skor. To be fair, I wasn't able to complain and allow them to make it right ( I hadtake out) and I was 5 minutes away before I tried my food. I've had fries from other locations that were piping hot 15 minutesafter my departure, same for the burger. Maybe because it was a slow day I got some older food ( they pre cook their patties)but the Blizzard was just skimped on. I hope my next visit is a better experience. Read more

Burger was flat and tasteless and bacon was flat and didn't ever look or taste like bacon.their was so much sauce on it... everything was soggy even the onion rings The only good thing I can say is the food was hot. Read more

This Dairy Queen seemed very dirty and unorganized with the COVID-19 precautuons. The Blizzards were melted and the staff seemed... uninterested on their job. I was asked if i wanted a receipt, I said yes and was not given the right receipt, also had to askfor the straw for our Slushie I predict the following response: -- "we are sorry to hear about your experiance.
