The wine bar filet was good but the gravy makes it feel cheap. The steak was fantastic! The waitresses are wonderful!

I?ve been a regular since the restaurant opened. It was my ?go to? place! Now they have changed the menu and all my favorites... are either gone or changed. I feel like I?ve lost a good friend. We have dined here many times but the thrill is gone. Just a so-so experience tonight. The crab bisque was not a bisque by any... definition. No velvety texture, thickened by cream and wine. It seemed like too much flour was added. The oven baked gulf shrimpwas baked too long. The black items in the photo are burnt sun dried tomatoes. The Mediterranean ahi tuna was actually decent,but not as good as their former menu offering with wasabi ginger sesame dressing. Not their best effort tonight. Read more

The Wine Bar in Grand Boulevard has an excellent atmosphere for relaxing and enjoying a good meal. There is also outdoor dining... available. The special luncheon dish was a shrimp wrap with avocado and tomato. It was a large dish and so large we split itfor two people. My dining companion also had a crab bisque soup. Both dishes were excellent. There is also a sandwichavailable called "carnivore" which is a roast beef sandwich with Ciabatta bread. The meat is usually tender and very large andaccompanied by a salad or chips. It is large enough for two people with moderate appetites to split and still leave with theirhunger completely satisfied. One feature of The Wine Bar is a special price and a great selection of wine. There is a smallcarafe available at the price for a large glass. That is noteworthy but the wide selection of wines available are excellent.There are some high quality wines available at a great price. Seriously need to listen to their guests. I told them no nuts im allergic, what do they do put a plate of nuts on my board!! Not... good at all!! Take food allergies seriously please. The patè was not what it supposed to look or taste like. Would not comeback. The waiters kept wondering around but took way to long to help or bring food out. I had a wonderful time with my fiancé at this restaurant. The service was excellent. The food was fresh and delicious. The... short ribs we tender. For Short rib pasta dish, they used fresh garlic and tomatoes to make pasta sauce, garnished with choppedscallions and parsley- perfecto!!! The food is light and fresh. They don't use too much salt, keep the freshness of theingredients itself. We also tried bread stuffed shirmp and scallops, my oh my!!! You gotta try this, it's garlicky, cheesy andseafoodie . This is such a great restaurant. The food tastes great. There is a good environment. It's reasonably priced. There are a few... dishes that we particularly like (like the Ahi Tuna Salad). Sorry. We didn't try any of the wine, but the food is reallyquality. Very tasty. Great portions. This is more like a cafe style restaurant. Great place to hang out. A little loudsometimes, but great for conversations or meetings. Overall this is definitely a restaurant we would share with people. Read more
