Whatever you want to say! Whenever I am there I typically getsashimi and then ask for the Chef?s recommendation for the sushi rolls - We trust them more than we trust ourselves ,everything is always delicious.?????????? I?m so disappointed with my experience. This ?restaurant? came highly rated from locals that only dine here in the winter... months when no one vacations in the area. I happen to visit during a non-spring break weekend before they are closed for thesummer (so weird right? Why does their phone voice recording state firmly that they are closed during peak season? #datelineWhat?s really up with this place? ???????). The wait staff is actually lovely. The old lady sushi chef made you feel like youwere not welcomed. Get rid of her. My advice to the wait staff, you can do better. I was so looking forward to my meal. Myopinion, no stars. Traveling to Destin for work and came here based on a recommendation from a local resident. What a great find! Super fresh fish... and interesting sophisticated flavor profiles in the dishes. Had a red snapper crudo special to start and a delicious roll withsalmon, lemon zest, and mango wrapped in rice paper. Really light yet satisfying meal. The place is small and doesn?t takereservations - get there early to avoid a wait, but well worth it either way. Definitely on my go-to list for future Destintrips. Read more
We had a great time. They are busy, but we got lucky showing up at about 5 on TR night. The waitress was straight, to the point,... and recommended an amazing roll that wasn't on the menu. We ordered way too much food, but everything was delicious. Theirchicken tempura also had sweet potato, broccoli, acorn squash, onion, eggplant, and green pepper tempura fried.
