While the service was excellent, the menu after 9pm is very limited and way overpriced. It's inside the Hilton so there's quite... a walk from available parking as well. Read more

Closed to public. Special surprise for July 4th weekend. Perfect celebration to commemorate American values by making sure the... people you don?t want in stay out. Forget this god-forsaken place. You aren?t good enough to go here either! Read more

Unlike the outside ?grill? at the Hilton, Sandcastles deserves 5 stars. The food quality for the breakfast buffet was... surprisingly high, considering how many people seem to be there at all times. There was always plenty of fresh fruit and otherfoods, along with an area where you can order an omelet or waffle as part of the buffet. For a table of drinks and as much foodas we could eat for brunch (4 people), it was about $60. Our server was fantastic and we tipped her $20 bringing our total to$80. I haven?t dined here at any other times aside from the morning, but if you?re looking for a good place to start your day atthe Hilton, Sandcastles is a great choice. Read more

Sandcastle at night serves sushi! I loved the Spider roll. My parents shared the seafood platter. My husband enjoyed the Cuban... sandwich. We enjoyed the breakfast buffet. It was again good, but not amazing. For the price 28 per person, I believe itshould be amazing. Our server brought our check after only 20 minutes. I had ask for refills of the coffee. I am accustomed toHilton having exceptional service. Read more

Floridian 75 drink was good and the nachos were good AFTER I asked for a side of nacho cheese because there wasn?t any cheese on... them. The fries were good too. That brought the rating to two stars. The fried shrimp, grouper and hush puppies were burned andit was obvious the oil they are using is old. We got a tiny piece of corn on the cob and it did not taste good. Reallydisappointing because we were looking forward to the shrimp and chips. We will definitely not return. Our waitress was verynice. Read more

Ate breakfast here everyday during our stay at the resort and they had wonderful options. Some days I stuck with the continental... breakfast which was cereal, fruit, pastries and bagels/toast. One day I did the hot continental breakfast which included anomelet and waffle station, bacon, sausage, biscuits and gravy, grits, hash and scrambled eggs. Everything was clean andorganized and the staff were lovely. Read more

I gave the Hilton a chance to make this right before posting a public review, but I received no response from them. So, I'd like... to warn you so you don't waste your money. First, we ate breakfast at Sandcastles thinking that it was included with the roomonly to get a $60 bill at the end of breakfast. Not a big deal, just an oversight on my part. But we eat light at breakfast andwe are vegetarian, so most of the buffet was not appealing. It was a waste of money. That evening we opted for the convenientdinner (seated in the "sushi" area because Sandcastles area was closed). We stood for a few minutes and finally had to ask astaff member if we need to just seat ourselves, which we did. After 15 minutes at the table we went to FIND OUR OWN MENUS.Another 10 or so minutes passed before we caught the attention of another staff person to ask for a server. We finally gotdrinks about 30+ minutes after sitting down. The four dishes came out one by one with almost enough time for each person tofinish their meal before the next person received theirs. My entire family was finished eating when my sushi arrived with NO SOYSAUCE. The server mentioned brining some, but first she cleared a table, chatted with a staff member, and entered something inthe computer. The whole time I am sitting there hungry waiting to enjoy my food...which turned out to be sub-par. I think peopleonly eat at the on-site restaurants for the convenience because the service was terrible, they were disorganized and the foodwas mediocre at best. Read more
