Walked in to order a pizza togo. Kid behind the counter was very sweet. Noticed the guy making the pizza didn't wear gloves to... put on toppings after he was just handling his phone, nor did he wash his hands before handling the food. I went to the bathroomwhile waiting.... OMG so NASTY! I should've taken pictures but I really just wanted to get out. The smell of urine and dirtinesswas overwhelming! It looked as though the toilet hasn't been cleaned in years! The sink had scum and mold build up all aroundthe handles, etc. Why would you have such a dirty bathroom in such an upscale resort area??? They were out of the dairy free cheese when we came, which we were not informed of until after we had ordered and been sitting... for about 15 minutes. I was given a refund and I was okay with that, but then they advertise they are voted ?most kid friendlydining?, however they had condom commercials on the radio station which was drowning out the Disney movie they had playing. Used to be good but recently when I was the only one up front waiting to order there was no one there to take the order. After a... few minutes of waiting the cook informed me Lauren would be a few minutes, after waiting a few more minutes I decided to leavebut then a couple came in to pick up their to go order so I figured now that someone has come out to help them I can order afterthem, which turned out to be a mistake: once Lauren was done with them she informed me she needed to place her product order inor they wouldn't have any food next week so I had to wait some more. All in all it took about 15 minutes before I was even ableto place my order being the only person there waiting to do so. I wish I could give 0 stars. Rudest service I have ever had. My 10? cauliflower pizza with garlic, beef, chicken, and onions was... $23 so of course I complained when there was NO MEAT on 2 slices and cheese half way down most of the other slices. I did comein with a small Hungry Howies for the children I had because they won?t eat any other pizza When my pizza was done, the young,blond haired gal said my name and threw my pizza on the counter and walked away.
