If I could provide this store no stars, I would. This store was VERY unhelpful. I placed an order through DoorDash of 4 items, a... breakfast sandwich and 3 coffees. The driver delivered a sandwich. That was it. We DROVE to the store and they stated there wasno such order as I provided them my receipt AND the sandwich. They wouldn't give me the coffees and said "sorry there isn't anorder". The receipt had the address "10859 Emerald Coast Pkwy".... I asked to speak to someone in management as I am providing areceipt, they said "no management is here". I leave the store and call. NO ONE ANSWERS for the 9 times I call. I was baffled atthe responses I was given while providing proof and the fact no one answered the store phone. Read more

Avoid. Slow, drive through closed (no sign). Save yourself and go somewhere else, anywhere else. They are friendly though. I... left minus a black coffee because I didn't have another 30 minutes to wait... on... black coffee. Read more
Ordered a strawberry donut with sprinkles, they gave me regular strawberry glaze and when I said it was the wrong one, they just... sprinkled sprinkles on top, pretty much all the sprinkles falling off of it. Then I got an everything bagel with cream cheese.Possibly the worst one I?ve ever had. Feels like they popped it in the microwave instead of toasting it. It was mushy andsmelled weird. Oh and no one answered the drive through so we had to go inside. Awful. Read more
Absolutely horrible experience at this Dunkin. I ordered a regular coffee with cream and sugar. It tastes nothing like normal... dunkin coffee. I'm not sure what they added to it but, very sour and frothy. Tried calling to speak with a manager but, noanswer twice. Not happy to pay for coffee than have to go down the street and purchase another one. Drive further to a differentdunkin! Read more
I love Dunkin? but damn this place needs some attention. There?s grime everywhere that just needs cleaned. They should look into... overhead storage to keep clutter out of the hallway. Read more
Got there about 15 minutes before closing, there were three of us and then about 3 more came in, but the cashier remained calm... and polite! I got a maple cream filled donut with icing. I don't know what it was called, it was delicious though! Woulddefinitely get another one. One friend wanted 3 bags of coffee but got 4 because it had some kind of special that way. My otherfriend got a cup of decaffeinated coffee with some extra stuff in it and she loved it too. Best coffee she had ever drank! Read more
