The manager was rude when we spoke with her about the rules for R rated movies and began to accuse us of planning to sneak our... friends into said R rated movie when it was discovered that they were slightly under the age range of admission. When we askedto trade out the already bought tickets for our underaged friends she would not allow it because of her past assumption that wewould sneak them in to the R rated movie. The concessions area has been filthy every past time I?ve been here and the bathroomsas well, AC has been broken for way too long. Read more
It's not maintained well, often unclean. My main complaint is it is very hot and thus uncomfortable in the entire theater. I... have walked in and immediately turned around and left. Why they don't use the air conditioner i don't know! It's Florida...inthe summer! Read more
The lobby/concession area was filthy when we came into the facility; and it was just as bad or worse when we were on our way... out. Seems as though no one knows how to run a broom or wipe down countertops. No reason it should have been that trashy -it wasn?t even that busy. Concessions were slow as well. Out of the 4 drink stations, 1 was working. Only good thing I can sayis the movie itself was good. Will not go back. Read more
Where.do.i.start?! This IS by far the worst movie theatre my family and i have EVER been too. I?m not exaggerating either. Their... set up is TERRIBLE. If you purchase your tickets ahead of time, it does not matter, you still have to wait in the ONLY line theyhave available to purchase your tickets and concessions. We were late going to our movie, because we had to stand in line andwait for everyone else ahead of us to purchase their tickets AND food. We were hit with a heatwave upon walking in and everyonein our group was starting to sweat. I will say after leaving the lobby area to go to your theatre it did cool down IMMENSELY.They have a leak in their roof for which they did place a caution sign to the guest, but then we saw a nasty spill of some sortnot blocked off and just sitting on the floor. We were told by the guests behind us that they came in an hour ago and that spillwas still there. No one bothered to clean it up. Insane. We got popcorn and coke icee?s and (to me) it tasted like they haven?tcleaned the machine since this place first opened. I took 3 small sips and told myself no more. I was not going to drink thatconcoction. We will not be visiting this theatre ever again. Read more
