I visited this location for a regular order of fries (it took forever), but before I could even order, the customer service... provided by Naiomi was the worse that one could ever want to experience. However, due to me being a well established adult andthe crowd f people behind me are the only reasons I didn't address her in the same rude fashion she addressed me. My experience, at this place was not good. For 1 there was no customer service, the location is not clean, No one at all! had a... hair net on! That's so disgusting! The women there had big hoop earring, shower caps on and I waited about 25 mins for only 5Little garlic parm corns. I also informed a manager that the cooks need hair net and she disregarded what I stated. This place Iwill never advise anyone to go to this location. Read more

Their food is fresh. I love the taste of the wings. The fries are not my favorite but you can tell they are real fries... with no preservatives. You have to eat it right away. The place is clean. The lady has taken my order wrong a couple oftimes but she is very professional. The store doesn't have a drive thru which is a downer. They take a while to prepareyour order. Upon arrival the front door was standing open. There was smoke from the grease in the air. Cashier never asked, May I take... your order. While waiting another customer came in because her order had not been delivered, only to find it was given toanother customer in error. The mgr began cursing at the staff for not being more careful. When I got home and opened mycontainers the corn was overcooked, the celery was old and watery, not crispy and the ranch dressing was runny, not creamy.
