I don't think I've ever gotten food from here and received the correct order. I understand mistakes happen... but EVERY SINGLE... TIME I GO? I don't have complicated requests, just no pickles and no onions... and what happens each time? My burger ends upwith pickles and onions. Also, why do they insist on upgrading my drink size without asking? It's not free to do that but yetthey ALWAYS automatically include a larger drink with my meal. My husband is completely fed up of this location because of theconstant mistakes. As far as he's concerned they're too busy upsizing his drink to actually listen to our order. It is 147 on the evening of the 31st of July guess I should say the morning of 31st of July pulled up to the window I count five... employee vehicles outside I can see at least three of them and there was no answer at the microphone I drove to the window andthe lady who was standing there gestured to me that they were closed with 15 minutes left in the shift. what's the point ofhaving posted hours that people are able to look up and use as a reference to decide on whether or not they want to drive to aplace just to get there and have the staff decide on their own to close early.
