This is the worst Pollo Tropical that I have ever walked into. The bathrooms are one of the worst and most disgusting bathrooms... with bugs flying every where. The tables are dirty and not a safe or good place to eat. Pollo management needs to be more awareof this situation. Thank you. Read more
Do they really think people cannot tell the difference between BROWN RICE and COLORED OLD WHITE RICE? come on! This is so... disappointing because if I wanted white rice, I?d have just ordered it and maybe have gotten fresh rice instead of this hardcolored rice. I had to throw it away! Read more
First there was no Vegan option available even though it is still advertised. When asked if there were any vegetarian... substitutes I was told "this is basically a meat, beans and rice place. Second there were no wings available even though theywere also advertised. I was given the option to wait 15 min for them to prepare the wings. I declined the wait. Third, I askedfor a pineapple lemonade which was also advertised and I was again told there was no more. Fourth, when looking up at theceiling above the service counter I noticed that the ceiling and vents were filthy! This is very unsanitary! 5th, asked forsome salt, no salt either! Lastly, when I was able to order something that was available, the wait was 13 min before I wasserved. I moved from NJ w my family and had previously had great experiences with Pollo Tropical in the Kissimmee Area. I wasvery disappointed with this location as my families experience was very unpleasant. They no longer view one of my fav Floridaeateries as an option. Read more
Found order line long, tried to order via mobile. Order was not being accepted. So I ordered the new crispy chicken sandwich.... When given order, they gave me grilled, had to go back to counter to correct it. The bun to chicken is off. Bun engulfs thechicken. Bun is not toasted or warmed. Chicken us crispy, I like the sauce. There is nothing else on the sandwich a bit ofpickle or lettice would be nice. Read more

Ran by a bunch of teenagers that don't care. Went inside to order and stood there for over 5 minutes with no acknowledgement. ... There were over 5 workers there. I tried to get their attention 3 times,was clearly heard,but ignored. I understand everyone isdesperate to hire, but they're just hiring anyone with a pulse at this point. Read more
Went to Pollo tropical today I was told they had no chicken for a family meal. Of course I said that I would wait. The person... taking the order was rude. And no one else was in line. So it was not busy . Btw once I paid, somehow they found chicken once Ireached the second window of the drive thru. I love the food but the service is terrible. Edit: 9/14/21 Since I can?t doanother review. I will just add to this one. The manager called me and apologized and offered me a free meal. I don?t want freemeals as pollo is affordable I just want to leave a honest review. So I went back to the same location today and tried it againonly to receive bloody meat. Went in showed them the food. And they said that they couldn?t refund me because I started to eatit. ???? it?s funny. I just have bad luck with this location. Worst service ever!!! The employees don?t know how to serve or even take orders. They got my order wrong did the 10 times. I... ordered an avocado cilantro tropichop and they forgot the AVOCADO AND CILANTRO????? Seriously? That?s the name of the dish?? They have absolutely no customer service experience and not be allowed to serve people. They can?t even speak right??? Plus thekitchen area is messy and unclean.
