This location is not a good one. This is the closest one to where I live. Every time I go there are NO donuts, coffee is cold by... 5pm. If I decide to go after 4:30pm on a weekend, they are CLOSED and that is 90% of the time. So I stopped going to thislocation on University Dr. Read more

Really disappointed this morning 10/9/22, I'm standing outside the door at 6:30am and its locked. The staff sees me and just... keeps ignoring me as if I wasn't even there. The sign on the door states they open at 6:00am. If the store hours are differentthan the drive through it would be nice to know that, nobody like to be ignored. Read more
This Dunkin? Donuts location is terrible on a myriad of levels. Bad attitudes from the younger staff lazy and not polite. A... simple cappuccino tastes different every day do they not follow a recipe ? Espresso machine always down early for ?cleaning? waybefore closing time. Lying that they put espresso in the coffee when you can clearly see machine is being ran through withwater. When caught in lie they offer a tea. They have changed staff or policy. My last visit I could not get any milk for my coffee. The coffee was given to me without a... holder and as I placed it in my cup holder my finger tips were scalded. I was given cream which was disgusting. Now this is just unacceptable. It literally looks like someone was hungry and bit half the egg and didn?t even bother to fold... the wrap. I literally took it out the bag like this super confused. Now I?m suspicious about eating it and I have wasted mymoney. Like most people, I don?t have money to waste even if it?s $2 dollars. This is absolutely disgusting to witness. It goesto show no one is watching over the workers and they are just doing anything to get you out the line.
