I go to this location a few times per week because it?s by my house. Recently they must have changed management because most of... the staff has changed in the past 6 months . EVERYONE is really nice however they mess up my drink order at least half of thetime and I always order the exact same easy thing. If I point it out they fix it however I don?t usually have time to wait forit again. If I?m passing another location on my trip I always pick the other location due to this . Read more
Complaint inspection, four total violations, one High Priority violation. The inspector seemed extremely bothered by ?three dead... flies by the front counter floor at the end of the ice cream area.? ?Clean utensils or equipment stored in a dirty drawer orrack. Baking trays stored on dirty surface.? That just won?t do. Plenty of food that needed to be at 41 degrees or under beforeit started to grow things that make you go ?HUUUL? wasn?t close, but didn?t get tossed. Instead, getting moved to the walk-infreezer for a quick chill were milk, butter, American cheese, hash browns, cream cheese, fried eggs, turkey burgers, slicedyellow and white cheeses. Read more
The workers are not pleasant, I say hi and I got a blank stare. No thank you no nothing. Plus they are slow drive thru usually... takes 10 mins for a simple order and no cars in front. This place has gone to the trash. Read more

Worse service EVER at this DD. Every single time I pull to it thru the Drive-Thru (not even on rush hour) with only one car in... front of me, they make us wait for more than 5 minutes on the ordering booth. Not even saying, "one moment please" THEY AREALWAYS SO SLOOOOWW. And they are a bunch of young teen kids always talking on the back and not caring about what good serviceis. Read more
UPDATE: only 2 workers on a Sunday at 3 pm!! The store was dirty AF!! See the pics, a worm and a beetle ????. In addition they... were out of milkshakes and some of the ice creams flavors were out. Good customer service, the only thing I'd would change isthe volume of the radio it's really loud, combined with the face mask, it causes a trouble to understand each other. Read more
Great staff, friendly, and helpful. This spot has free Wi-Fi and tables are clean. Stranger Things icecream are good, too! Kid... size come are a good portion even for adults. Read more
I have visited this location in the mornings. Inside orders have been pleasant and they are a nice crew. The food is hot and... order is accurate. The drive-thru is quick but the male on the microphone taking the orders is loud, rushed and inaudible overthe speaker. Perhaps this should be reevaluated. Read more
