If you are looking for poor customer service, rude, deplorable behaviors from staff & manager: This is your spot. If you dare... bring to their attention, their poor service practice, do not wait for accountability, and customer support. I ordered lunch,the food was salty, not freshly made; consequently, I informed the manager's, and cashier who took the order. They quicklybecame defensive, shouting, raised hell, and failed to course correct their poor service. What a waste of money! Read more
Why do all good things have to come to an end?? For years!! I have been a customer of this restaurant. I have always been... impressed with how fresh and tasty the food was…and I stress, was. Today we purchased dinner with same enthusiasm we have hadfor their food. Not only was the person at the front desk not personable but the food was dry, the beef chewy and it tasted likeit was cooked at 5:00am this morning. You just lost 3 customers…all of which previously enjoyed your food. Shame on you!! Read more
Purchased a jumbo vegetable fried rice and found a bug in it. At the time we found it, they were closed so we could not call.... When I called them They refuse to take it back or refund because they said we should have called from the same day. Read more

Bad customer service, I felt treated with contempt and a bad attitude, without any willingness to clarify some doubts in the... menu, or to offer me any alternative in this regard. The most important thing is that the quality of the food is terrible, Iordered several dishes with chicken and I doubt that what they served me was chicken since the texture and flavor are nothingrelated to it, rather they seem like pieces of starch or flour. the quality of the rice is terrible and lacking in ingredients. I'm sorry for my review but I hope they make changes because a few years ago it was a good option for Chinese food. Read more
The food was Below average Chinese food. How can you mess up Fried rice? I wouldn’t go here again unless it was the only... thing left on earth to eat! It did not give me the option to put zero star but my experience was horrible the lady that was here i went to order for a party... she told me "go home save money buy pizza" she was extremely rude I'm not coming here again she said she was cashier there thatthey don't pay her good enough. And she kept saying "no change i told you many times" i wanted to switch out some things fromthe specials she had but anyway I'm not coming again very rude. Read more
