I ordered online for pick up and still had to wait almost 40 minutes after announcing I was in the store using the app. I was... missing multiple food items, I received 2 cokes instead of a tea, and ALL of the food was cold and stale! I reached out to themanager and he decided giving me a free fry was sufficient! Definitely not! Poor customer service and horrible chick FILaexperience. Read more

If i can give this location a negative, i really would! The worst food and customer service! We came on vacation, a family of... 12 and ordered through the drive through to eat at home. Brought the food home and bacon was in our sandwiches and missing onemeal! My total was $99.75. Called that night and asked for a manager. He told me to come in the following day, for they closein 10 min. I was happy with that, but i ran out of time. I called them and they told me they werent able to refund over thephone and would have to send me coupons to total my price on the receipt. I have called this location 11 times!!!!!! They'vetaken my address and email several times! Telling me she will send me coupons in email form while i wait for the ones in themail! Why lie? Why tell me you would do something and later not. Called corporate 3 times a d they told me they would emailthe store, but they are individually owned so i would have to take it up with the store! WHAT A DISAPPOINTMENT!!!!!! Service and speed is not up to par since they switched operators. Staff just doesn't seem to have that extra gear to provide the... experience that you expect from Chick-fil-A. Food is still good. Cleanliness is also subpar - floors were slippery, particularlyin the bathroom. Read more

The very poorest of service. Long line inside, manager on phone, one register open, cashier is chitchatting with the customers.... Food is great but, not coming back. There?s good chicken at other places with much much better service. Read more

I hate to give this because the old chick fil a group was spot on. Even when something was messed up they still made it right... and it was pleasant to see them. This new group (especially the drive through) after many chances doesn?t improve. Order issometimes wrong but really it?s the customer service. They show lack of bettering when they themselves mess up makingfrustration noises when something is wrong at the window. They?d used to let you keep the food that was wrong in your order whenyou ordered after you touched it & checked it but the new group asks for it back. Idk if they?re reselling it but that?s grossnegligence. The old group never showed one ounce of being upset or mad but this new group doesn?t care. And half the time theydon?t even say my pleasure. You don?t look for that when going to chick fil a but at this point it doesn?t even feel like apleasure to eat there. food is a solid 8 but the customer service dropped down to 1 and it?s a shame. We placed an online order approximately 25 minutes prior to arriving at the store to pick up our food. Upon arrival, they... advised us that they had not begun to prepare the order. Then they kept us waiting at the store for over 30 minutes waiting forour order. We could have driven through the busy drive-thru twice and gotten our food faster. This was completely unacceptable.The manger and staff showed absolutely no care or sense of urgency in having our food delivered to us. I have never been sodisappointed with the level of service provided by a fast food restaurant. Then after 40 minutes waiting in the store for ourfood, the food was cold and stale. Read more

Was waiting in the drive thru line while 3 employees stood there and talking amongst each other instead of taking orders.... Several vehicles passed through the drive thru without being approached by these employees. When I finally got to the pick upwindow, the employees asked for the name on the order assuming we already placed our food order. All the employees were veryunprofessional and were more interested in maintaining their conversations with each other than actually working and doing theirjob. Would avoid this location if possible. I feel like I will definitely ???? not return to that place. I understood their dining room is closed so the line is longer.... After getting my food I had to wait 2 more minutes in the line for the cars in front of me that needed their orders to beupdated. When I asked on of the staff how and when I would get out of the line she turned around told me that they are waitingon their food then she laughed at another coworker. I had to find the phone number to call and ask the manager to help me getout the line as I had to go to back to work. Then she had to ask the same girl who was laughingh at me to ask them to pull over so I can leave. Worst experience ever at that store.???? Read more
